1) Read documentation.
2) Open page Shop - Plugins - Gift certificates and set the settings you need:
- Decide, do you need free products.
- Will your certificates have limitations.
- Select and configure certificate templates.
- Decide, if certificates will be available for purchase, or they will be only controlled by your managers.
3) Open page Shop - Settings - Gift certificates states and configure certificate states.
4) Try to create the certificate and check how it works.
